Ⅱ.Welding Machinery System
According to the wire welding pitch and the size of mesh, the
machine can adjust air cylinders, welding electrodes, and gripping
pliers relatively. Each point welding time and welding current for
the most proper electrode stroke can also be adjustable separately.
Ⅲ.Feeding Device System
By means of rail, manually loading 1-4pieces of frame from both
sides toward welding position.Automatic cross wire loading carriage
with single wire hopper for sorting, positioning and ejecting
straightened,cutted length cross wires.
Ⅳ.Pull Out Device SystemBy means of servo motor and going with
gripping pliers,the machine will pull out welded wire mesh space by
space. No accumulative tolerance problem.After mesh is finished,it
will come back to original place automatically.
Controlling SystemBy means of P.L.C.along with touch-off LCD
screen, all the parameters of system, and figures could be set on
the screen.And also with the function of trouble shooting warning.
Easy for operating and maintenance.
