Introduction 　　

Machine head used cylinder with a combination of spring buffer, so that the pressure can be relatively adjusted by needle while welding,with the cushioning effect of the spring,the cylinder will not directly impact on the solder joints,therefore protect the welding plane effectively; Weldment pressure between electrode can be adjusted through the regulator manual handle,for different solder pieces different welding pressure; with dial knob can accurately set welding pressure. Achieve the set pressure switch was triggered by electricity, will not damage the workpiece and the electrode;the current moment release concentrated discharge, workpiece thermal deformation small, reducing the oxidation and discoloration, small electrode consumption; the use of microprocessor computing precision charge circuit, fast charging, charging voltage stability; the use of non-contact-type solid-state power components, reduce the failure rate of generation; circuit modular, parameter settings keyboard, LCD display; apply to connect the battery pole piece welding and lithium-ion battery with lead & nickel compound belt welding
